Please check your junk or spam folder if you do not see it in your inbox.

If you have not received a confirmation email within 24–48 hours, please submit a contact form with your order number, and our team will assist you promptly.

Processing Time

  • You will receive your tracking number within 24 hours.

  • All ready-to-ship items are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Shipping Methods

We ship through USPS using the following services:

  • Economy (5-8 Business Days)
  • Standard (3-4 Business Days)
  • Express (1-2 Business Days)

Shipping speed depends on the method selected at checkout.

 

 

Custom Jewelry Orders

Custom jewelry requires a 12–14 day production period before shipping.
Once your custom piece is completed and ready to ship, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

Please note: Production time cannot be rushed, as each piece is made to order.

 

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order is shipped, USPS is responsible for delivery. If your package is lost or delayed, we will assist you in filing a claim, but we cannot issue refunds for carrier-related issues.
