Returns
Custom Items
All custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order jewelry is nonrefundable and nonreturnable.
No exceptions.
Non-Custom Items
Non-custom, non-personalized items may be eligible for return or exchange under the following conditions:

Items must be in new, unworn, and unused condition.

Items must be returned in the original packaging.

Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
Once the return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are nonrefundable.
You may return items for:
1. full store credit
2. payment back to the original method of payment
(Shipping and transaction fees are not subject to refund.)
3. exchange for a product of equal value
All on sale items are final.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will repair, replace, or refund the item based on the situation.
